In order for the BM team to be effective, we need to spin it off into its own separate entity and give it the power to modify the code base and make improvements. It doesn't make sense for that team to rely heavily on existing brains, since they all are hard at work on the projects and is prone to get very busy. It's better if the BM team has the ability to reach a consensus, make decisions and enact them. So let us outline some of the roles that we need to fill in order to get this team up to speed, then we can figure out who will fill those roles.

CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Responsible for conceptualizing artwork/design of sites as per client's brief.

Create and make presentations through power point, word and excel.

Work in tandem with the creative team and delegate and distribute work to the production team.

Ensuring the Delivery of Quality Projects to Clients.
-
Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.
-
Have a keen eye for opportunities and observe market trends.
-
Research & Development on new trends and innovative.
-
To follow up for the payments with the client and to ensure timely collections. To keep the accounts dept. updated of the on going jobs and to ensure timely billings.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Graduate with a certificate/diploma in Advertising or Mass communications or Marketing.

Dynamic professionals having interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.

Excellent command over written and spoken English.

Knowledge of various media.
-
Adopting a flexible approach to working hours - long hours are often required to meet the needs of the clients.
